A Dedicated follower of Lines and Squares

#SundayStills

When I started to really think about what images I would include in this post, it dawned on me how much of what we see in our lives are formed by boxes and lines. We literally follow lines wherever we go.

Here are a few lasting lines and squares that have stood out for me.

What is Sunday Stills all about?

In Terri’s words:

Sunday Stills is a photography challenge with a weekly theme (similar to the now-defunct WPC). Each Sunday I post the weekly theme with images of my own interpretation. Any blogger is welcome to participate and interpret the challenge with their photos, poems, stories, music, etc!

  1. I always find it so interesting when you look for something and it starts appearing everywhere. There were some beautiful photographs in that collection – especially looking up through that building.
Thanks for linking up with us at MLSTL and I’ve shared on my SM 🙂

    1. Apologies for the late reply, Leanne. I thought I had done so. Like buying that unique car then driving around and finding out how many are on the roads 🙂

  2. I am compelled (!) to look around me these days. I love, love, love seeing designs and patterns others may miss. I particularly enjoy finding mandalas in nature and in manmade objects. Even a drain is a thing of interest because of its shape. Denyse #mlstl

    1. Thanks, Jennifer. Us kiwis have a love hate relationship with the cabbage tree. Mainly due to it’s propensity of dropping leaves most days. I’m one of the folk when loves it’s form and especially when in flower.

  3. I did not think much about lines until I began reading some of the recent posts and the challenge. You are right, Suzanne. Much is formed by boxes and lines. Stunning photos! I liked them all and especially the one with the road and clouds. Thank you for sharing:) Erica #MLSTL and shared on SM
