It is a stunning place and it’s alright Donna you don’t have to choose a favourite. It is grand to have numerous photographs to remind us of trips away. I am sure you would have many too.

It was and the Coromandel is a favourite place to visit. Though the only downfall it’s a favourite for many in summer. Off season is more rewarding.

Lovely pictures! They are making this American re-think our choice to only visit the South Island last year. We’ll have to return to visit the North sometime in the future. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for commenting. The South Island is very picturesque with the North having it’s own unique gems especially our beaches.

Those beautiful views made a lovely start to Sunday morning.
Did you know that your Twitter button has disappeared?

Pleased they made a lovely start to your Sunday.
I took Twitter off, as I wanted to reduce how much Socisl Media I was using. To be honest I never used it often or kept up to date with the screeds of information. In the end I found it tedious and annoying to use. I would rather spend my blogging time reading and commenting on blogs.

Very sensible. I still tweet posts that I enjoy, but I don’t get to Twitter itself very much.

I have really appreciated your support by sharing my posts April. I’ve been meaning to cull my links for awhile. Take care.

Yes, it would be if you owned a bach in that area. We are quite content to say at home with our view of the harbour 🙂

That sounds like a good alternative! Enjoy the scenery and the solitude! Just back from the supermarket with security men on the door! Madness!

I just got back from walking around the sports stadium field, around and around I went with no issue at all with social interaction. Utterly boring though did the trick at clocking up a few kms 🙂
Madness for sure. I have that delight tomorrow!

Time to plug into some music. I never walk listening to music, but at times like these I can see the attraction…

Not sure I could walk so far with no music. Though I am always aware what and who is around me. Years of travelling has well tuned my gut instinct for danger. Well, I hope it is still working well 🙂

We spent my birthday last year in a little place near Whitianga, and went to a fabulous restaurant in Whiti for dinner – Salt. This year I spent it in Canberra doing very sad things. Your pictures bring back a very happy holiday.

Jo, you have been through some sad times and I am really pleased the post brought back happy memories for you. I think we will need to draw on many good memories and a damned good sense of humour to get us through the next year.
