Snapshots of Tauranga #33

You've got to be
where you are
when you're there
Or you're nowhere.

It’s about being present.

      1. I find being present is something which takes an enormous amount of practice, unless you have a personality type that naturally can block things/not worry etc. But the situation you are in calls for almost superhuman skill. So think of it this way, if you can be present now you are practicing an extremely valuable skill. Who knows where that skill will take you in years to come but you will never regret it. Sister I am right beside you, so many women are.

  1. I find the hardest thing is to be present in the moment. Sitting in a cafe with friends, enjoying a coffee and cake while watching the waves rippling onto the sand, and someone in our group say “Well, what are we going to do?” The reply was “We are doing it”, which the really didn’t understand.
