Years ago, baking was a regular weekly event in our home, though as the years passed, travel took over, and the waistlines grew, so out went the baking until now.
What's so special about it? Head down to the end of the avenue, turn right, and look towards the estuary and Mauao then look up into the sky, and imagine, as one woman, in particular, did many years ago.
