Life at No.22, Snapshots of Tauranga

Snapshots of Tauranga #68 – Fairy Trail

Perhaps I’ve already begun my Camino walk, I thought, when I saw these beautifully decorated shells.
In one pocket happy memories
In one pocket childlike imagination
In one shoe dreaming of long trails
In one shoe kindness in treading lightly

I am walking
along the bush clad path
breathing in the
spring breeze and trees
then seeing
creativity and the city.
Like all caminos, there are sections along a road.
Even the details have a touch of elaborate opulence.
Or elaborate opulence with colour.
This one was erected in September; someone loves the festive season.

Though I head in the same direction with a few variations, no two trail walks are ever the same. Look hard enough, and you’ll always find a few additional surprises.
